PsychEdge is a behavioral analytics and trading psychology tool. It is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, portfolio manager, provider of investment recommendations or trading signals, therapy service, or regulated financial service under MiFID II, BaFin, FCA, SEC, or any other regulatory framework. All AI-generated content (including Action Plans, Post-Trade Debriefs, Weekly Reviews, psychological profiles, and all other outputs) describes behavioral patterns derived from your own historical data only. It does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument and does not tell you how to size positions, set stops, or allocate capital. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. By using PsychEdge you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering you represent that both conditions are met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@psychedge.xyz of any unauthorized access. One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
PsychEdge offers the following subscription tiers: a free tier (Trader) with limited features, a Pro tier, and an Elite tier. Current pricing is displayed at psychedge.xyz/pricing. Prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar day each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law or as set out in Section 6 (Right of Withdrawal) below.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully collected. Repeated payment failures will result in downgrade to the free tier.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of a paid subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the effective date.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason (statutory right of withdrawal under §312g BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. If you request that the Service begins immediately during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. For subscription services that are not fully performed within the withdrawal period, you remain entitled to withdraw, but you will be required to pay for the portion of the service provided up to the point of withdrawal, calculated pro-rata based on the monthly subscription price.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers or to users who have expressly waived it in accordance with applicable law by requesting immediate access to digital content.
You may use the Service for your own personal trading psychology analysis, import your own trade data, and export your own data. You may not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or extract the platform algorithms, scoring logic, prompt structures, or source code; use automated tools to interact with the Service; upload data that does not belong to you; impersonate any person or entity; or resell, sublicense, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our prior written consent.
You own your data. By uploading trade data and completing the psychological assessment, you grant PsychEdge a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that data solely for: providing and operating the Service; generating AI-powered content personalized to you; and improving our algorithms using anonymized or pseudonymized data only, meaning data processed under a random identifier that cannot be directly re-linked to your identity. We do not claim ownership of your trading data or psychological assessment responses. You may delete your data and close your account at any time.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests to PsychEdge through any channel, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, implement, and build upon that feedback without restriction or compensation. We are not required to treat any feedback as confidential.
Content generated by our AI system is produced algorithmically based on your data. It may contain errors or outputs that do not apply to your specific situation. It is not reviewed by a human professional before delivery and does not constitute advice of any kind. Treat it as one analytical perspective, not as authoritative guidance. We disclaim all liability for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.
The PsychEdge platform, including its design, source code, scoring algorithms, psychological assessment framework, prompt architecture, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and protected under applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property beyond a limited right to use the Service as described herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PsychEdge, its directors, employees, and agents exclude all liability for: trading losses, financial losses, or investment decisions made in connection with the Service; loss or corruption of data, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content; and indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims is limited to the greater of (a) EUR 500 or (b) the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under German or EU mandatory law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PsychEdge and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms you must stop using the Service and may delete your account before the effective date.
We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or your use poses a security risk to the platform or other users. We may terminate your access with 14 days notice for any other reason. Upon termination you will have 14 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted, unless termination was due to a breach by you. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support@psychedge.xyz.
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For disputes with EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer country of residence apply where they provide greater protection. For business users, exclusive jurisdiction is the courts of [your city], Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PsychEdge regarding the Service.
